We were so fortunate to run into my cousin Sarah and her little girl Madison and Madison's Daddy Matt. We each went to the others baby shower this time last year and now our babies are one!

We were also able to get in a visit with my cousin Karin and her daughter Tegan and husband Corey. Tegan is 3 and I read about her adventures all the time on her blog. Rowyn had a great time playing with all Tegan's cool toys. She even took a couple of steps to show off to Tegan.

Rowyn took her first boat ride this past week. Poor thing. I couldn't stop laughing. It was pretty cold out so Rowyn was dressed in a sweater, coat, and hat. Needless to say, the life jacket was the icing on the cake. She couldn't move a muscle. Only her eyes moved back and forth and she wore a very stunned look on her face the entire time we were in the boat. It was definitely worth the $20 for the life jacket to see.
In August of last year we were up at Deer Lake. Rowyn was only 3 weeks old then. I took a pic of Brad and Rowyn on the riding lawnmower. This year she was able to take a short ride up and down the driveway on the 4-wheeler. She's moving up in the world. Next year she'll be able to go for a longer ride with Daddy. I know he's looking very forward to taking her.
